Project Manager

About the role

The Chief Operating Office in Riyadh is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and closure of strategic projects. You will ensure projects align with organisational objectives, stay within scope, budget, and schedule, and deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality metrics.
• Apply appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and manage scope through formal change control.
• Implement robust tracking mechanisms, conduct regular status meetings, and maintain real‑time dashboards.
• Identify variances, implement corrective actions, and report progress and budgets to steering committees.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Prepare executive summaries, maintain project documentation (risk registers, issue logs, change requests), and supervise timely reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required).
• 3–6 years of hands‑on project management experience.
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred; PRINCE2 advantageous.
