Project Manager – OT Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead operational‑technology and engineering projects from planning through completion. The role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, contractor coordination, risk management and stakeholder reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost and contractual performance.
• Lead project meetings and prepare clear progress and management reports.
• Support testing, handover, closure and lessons‑learned activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
• Experience managing water, utility, industrial, infrastructure, automation or operational‑technology projects.
• PMP certification is required; additional certifications in risk, contracts, safety or project controls are an advantage.
• Strong English communication, leadership and reporting skills.
• Practical, safety‑conscious, organized and comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and operational stakeholders.
