Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Manager to develop and implement quality management policies, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement across our operations in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and established procedures.
• Establish quality plans, performance indicators, and track results.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections on processes and operations.
• Identify non‑conformance issues, analyze causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee corrective and preventive actions and ensure their effectiveness.
• Prepare quality reports and submit recommendations to management.
• Monitor customer complaints and feedback related to service or product quality.
• Coordinate with various departments to improve processes and reduce errors.
• Track project‑specific quality requirements and standards.
• Ensure proper documentation of quality procedures, records, and reports.
• Contribute to developing a quality culture and continuous improvement within the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Practical experience in quality management.
• Good knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
• Experience in internal auditing and analyzing causes of issues and non‑conformance.
• Good knowledge of performance indicators and preparing quality reports.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Professional certifications in quality are preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
