Project Manager – PMO (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join BONAFIDE’s PMO team in Riyadh. The role will own end‑to‑end delivery of live‑event and experiential projects, managing client relationships, budgets, suppliers and risks from award through close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from award to close‑out.
• Act as the primary client liaison and manage day‑to‑day delivery.
• Develop and control project budgets, BOQs, vendor costs, forecasts and margins.
• Source suppliers, issue RFQs, negotiate contracts and oversee procurement.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks, changes, milestones and obtain client approvals.
• Maintain accurate project data and documentation in the ERP system.
• Facilitate weekly client alignment meetings and secure timely sign‑offs.
• Coordinate tasks across project teams and support junior members.
• Prepare closing reports and final invoice packages.
• Escalate any issues affecting scope, budget, timeline, margin or safety.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience delivering live events, exhibitions or experiential projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Event Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects from award through close‑out and handling client‑facing commercial discussions.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, budgeting, procurement and change‑control processes.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
