Corporate Communications Manager – Riyadh

About the role

The organization is launching a multi‑billion‑dollar primary metals complex in the Middle East and needs a senior communications leader to build the function from scratch. You will shape the corporate narrative, launch the brand and website, and ensure disciplined disclosure for listed shareholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the corporate story, message architecture and sequenced launch strategy across global markets.
• Build regional and international media relationships, manage inbound queries and oversee media monitoring.
• Lead the end‑to‑end launch of a bilingual website, corporate identity, editorial calendar and extensive photo/film library.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership, drafting speeches, statements, board materials and investor narratives.
• Coordinate disclosure interfaces with shareholder communications and investor‑relations teams across jurisdictions.
• Design and test crisis‑management frameworks, holding statements and simulation drills.
• Establish the operating model, hire the internal team, manage budgets and select agency partners.
• Align the equity story with corporate narrative to prepare for future capital‑market activity.

Required profile

• 8+ years in corporate communications, including at least 3 years leading a function in a large enterprise.
• Proven experience building or rebuilding a communications department from the ground up.
• Background in heavy‑industry sectors such as metals, mining, energy or large‑scale infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success communicating major capital projects through construction to operational launch.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with the ability to draft publication‑standard content.
