Project Manager (Site Supervision) – Aviation Projects

About the role

Egis is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Site Supervision) to lead the PMC site supervision team on a major aviation project. The role serves as the primary PMC representative, ensuring that construction activities align with client objectives, approved designs, programme schedules, quality, HSE, contractual obligations and aviation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMC site supervision team across all disciplines and work fronts.
• Provide overall site leadership for supervision and construction management functions.
• Act as the main PMC interface with the client, contractor, designer, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Oversee contractor execution, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, method statements, programme and contractual requirements.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity, resources and sequencing against the baseline programme and milestones.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, technical queries and inspection requests.
• Ensure multidisciplinary coordination and manage design‑construction interfaces.
• Lead resolution and close‑out of technical issues, NCRs, RFIs, site observations and outstanding actions.
• Oversee implementation of quality management and HSE requirements in coordination with PMC teams.
• Monitor contractor compliance with aviation‑specific requirements, authority regulations, airside operational constraints and project standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in site supervision, preferably on aviation or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, design coordination and aviation standards.
• Ability to interface with clients, contractors, designers, authorities and multidisciplinary teams.
