Project Technical Head

About the role

Anotech is seeking a senior technical leader to oversee the integration of electrical, mechanical and digital engineering disciplines for large‑scale AI data‑center projects in Riyadh. The Project Technical Head will guide the project from detailed design through to commissioning and hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams across MEP, electrical, UPS and cooling domains.
• Coordinate design, procurement and installation activities to ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Manage the commissioning process, including testing, verification and hand‑over of all systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary technical interface with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering data‑center or critical‑infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in large‑scale or hyperscale data‑center environments.
• Strong background in MEP engineering and data‑center infrastructure.
• Demonstrated multidisciplinary technical leadership.

Required skills

• BMS (Building Management System) implementation and management.
• Commissioning of electrical, UPS and cooling systems.
• MEP engineering expertise.
• Hands‑on knowledge of UPS, cooling and electrical systems.
