Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Saudi National (Part‑time)

About the role

We are a Dubai‑based company seeking a well‑connected Saudi National to act as our Public Relations Officer in Riyadh. The role is part‑time and focuses on representing the company with Saudi authorities, partners and stakeholders, while supporting business development and coordination with our Dubai management team.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company in official and business matters across Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate with government departments, authorities, organisations and business partners.
• Attend meetings and appointments on behalf of the company.
• Follow up on applications, approvals, documentation and official correspondence.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Serve as the local point of contact between Saudi‑based contacts and the Dubai management team.
• Provide regular updates and reports to company management.
• Assist with local business development, identify opportunities and relevant contacts.
• Handle confidential documents and company information professionally.
• Travel locally for meetings, appointments and official visits as required.

Required profile

• Saudi National, preferably residing in Riyadh.
• Fluent Arabic with good English communication skills.
• Previous experience as a PRO, Government Relations Officer, Business Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong communication, networking and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate directly with management in Dubai.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic.
• Good English communication.
