Marketing & PR Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

As Marketing & PR Manager for Basiqat Resort by Mantis, you will shape and execute the resort’s marketing, communications and public‑relations strategy, positioning the property as a distinctive luxury destination in Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan aligned with Mantis brand values and commercial goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers and industry partners to drive PR initiatives, press releases and media visits.
• Manage the resort’s digital presence across social media, website and other platforms, creating engaging content that showcases the guest experience.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships and local activations to support brand awareness, bookings and revenue.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Cluster Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to ensure alignment of all marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance, PR reach and digital metrics, providing regular insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of marketing and communications experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of PR, digital marketing, social media and brand storytelling, with proven ability to create compelling content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and a creative, commercially‑minded approach.
• Experience working independently in a remote resort environment; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
