Purchase and Stock Manager for Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Lumera International 5‑Star Residence Hotel in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Purchase and Stock Manager to lead its procurement and inventory functions. The role ensures a seamless supply chain for a luxury hospitality environment, supporting daily hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all hotel purchasing and procurement activities.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements and warehouse operations.
• Ensure timely acquisition of operational supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ODOO ERP.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure best terms.
• Control stock movement, minimise waste and optimise stock turnover.
• Prepare regular purchase and inventory reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, stock or inventory management.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on supply‑chain management.
• Proven experience in a hospitality or luxury hotel setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier relations.
