About the role
The Lumera International 5‑Star Residence Hotel in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Purchase and Stock Manager to lead its procurement and inventory functions. The role ensures a seamless supply chain for a luxury hospitality environment, supporting daily hotel operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all hotel purchasing and procurement activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements and warehouse operations.
- Ensure timely acquisition of operational supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ODOO ERP.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure best terms.
- Control stock movement, minimise waste and optimise stock turnover.
- Prepare regular purchase and inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, stock or inventory management.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on supply‑chain management.
- Proven experience in a hospitality or luxury hotel setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier relations.
