Reconciliation Center of Excellence Manager

About the role

The Reconciliation Center of Excellence Manager will lead the finance reconciliation function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all key accounts. This role reports to senior finance leadership and works closely with Risk, Audit, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations for high‑impact accounts, ensuring SLA and quality targets are met.
• Develop, maintain and enforce reconciliation policies, processes and escalation standards.
• Review and approve reconciliations, monitor aging items, and resolve exceptions promptly.
• Coordinate with Finance, Risk and Audit for control reviews, exception reporting and audit readiness.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives using SAP or similar systems.
• Prepare management dashboards and reports on reconciliation performance and KPI trends.
• Maintain documentation, audit trails and ensure alignment with SAMA and group control standards.
• Oversee GL, HUB, interest and ALF maintenance, and manage monthly GL certification activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 3‑5 years of experience in accounting, reconciliation or financial control.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial reconciliation role.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger functions, control frameworks and audit processes.

Required skills

• SAP (or comparable ERP) for reconciliation automation.
• General Ledger (GL) systems and data validation.
