Recreation Assistant Manager

About the role

FAENA Movement is expanding into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the FAENA The Red Sea project. We are seeking a Recreation Assistant Manager to support the strategic and daily operations of the Recreation Department, with a primary focus on supervising the Kids Club and Youth Club.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Recreation Manager in overall leadership and operational management of the department.
• Supervise Kids Club and Youth Club teams to deliver engaging, age‑appropriate experiences.
• Ensure all registration, consent, and medical forms are accurately completed and stored.
• Monitor club operations for guest safety, proactively preventing and responding to incidents.
• Maintain pristine, inspiring, and safe environments that reflect FAENA luxury standards.
• Oversee sign‑in/sign‑out procedures to guarantee child security at all times.
• Guide attendants on organization, storage, and care of toys, equipment, and materials.
• Assign and supervise housekeeping duties within club spaces.
• Ensure equipment, toys, and facilities are regularly sanitized, maintained, and inspected.
• Log, document, and promptly escalate incidents, guest concerns, and safety hazards.

Required profile

• Warm, professional, and culturally sensitive interaction with children, youth, and parents.
• Strong leadership and sound judgment, especially in emergency or unexpected situations.
• Physical capability to interact safely and attentively with children.
• Commitment to team participation in mandatory trainings, briefings, and meetings.
• Attention to detail in documentation and safety compliance.
