Refuse Collector – Golf Villas & Resort Residences

About the role

The Refuse Collector will join the Engineering and Facilities teams at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, supporting the cleanliness and safety of all waste‑management areas across the resort’s Golf Villas & Resort Residences.

Key responsibilities

• Collect waste and recyclables from guest rooms, public areas, back‑of‑house zones and outdoor facilities.
• Transport waste to designated storage points using resort‑provided equipment.
• Segregate waste according to recycling and disposal guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of collection routes, bins and storage areas.
• Report any hazards, equipment issues or unusual waste streams to the Facilities supervisor.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to lift and move waste containers regularly.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to health‑and‑safety standards.
• Team‑oriented mindset with reliable attendance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of waste segregation and recycling procedures.
• Familiarity with basic waste‑collection equipment (e.g., carts, compactors).
