Regional Commercial Manager – Beauty (Riyadh)

About the role

The Regional Commercial Manager – Beauty will lead commercial performance across multiple beauty stores in Riyadh, ensuring the brand strategy is executed flawlessly and the customer experience is consistently excellent.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of brand strategy across the network in line with overall objectives.
• Partner with Marketing to roll out marketing and customer experience initiatives.
• Monitor discounts, margins, profitability and manage stock levels to mitigate shortages.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and performance insights to inform decisions.
• Deliver data‑driven commercial reports and manage the brand P&L.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, providing timely financial updates to management.
• Develop, coach and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial or sales management within the beauty or luxury retail sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Excellent leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, merchandising and finance teams.
