Registered Nurse

About the role

The Registered Nurse delivers high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care in a clinical setting. Working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals, the nurse assesses patient needs, implements care plans, and ensures accurate medical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including vital signs and symptom monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for side effects.
• Provide wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and infection monitoring.
• Assist physicians during procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Observe, record, and report changes in patient condition to the medical team.
• Respond to medical emergencies and perform purposeful rounding.
• Adhere to infection‑control standards, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and hazardous material handling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the care team.
