Registration & Document Control Coordinator

About the role

The Registration & Document Control Coordinator will manage vendor registration and pre‑qualification processes for MEMF Electrical Industries. The role ensures that all company and vendor documentation is accurate, up‑to‑date, and submitted on time, supporting compliance with government and tendering requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate vendor registration and pre‑qualification processes through SAP Ariba, vendor portals, and government platforms.
• Maintain accurate company and vendor documentation, ensuring proper preparation, review, organization, and timely submission.
• Monitor registration status, submission deadlines, renewals, and follow‑ups, providing regular status updates.
• Control document records, enforce version control, and ensure proper filing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify required information and documents.
• Track multiple registrations and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in registration, document control, administration, or a related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba and vendor registration platforms.
• Familiarity with government and tendering platforms and document management practices.
