Project Coordinator

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Project Coordinator to support single to multiple rig projects within the Production Solutions service line. The role involves coordinating activities across several product service lines, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, and driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regular performance review meetings and implement management systems to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate projects across three or more product service lines, following company policies and procedures.
• Champion Halliburton and customer HSE regulations, ensuring all activities meet safety standards.
• Verify that equipment received on‑site matches documented specifications and has current inspection records.
• Conduct internal pre‑project execution exercises and post‑project close‑out meetings.
• Maintain detailed daily operation reports in OpenWells, focusing on productive time and non‑productive time classification.
• Resolve cross‑service‑line issues with customers prior to final invoicing.
• Document lessons learned and share them with district and project leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics).
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience, including at least 2 years of full‑time oil and gas experience.
