Reservations Agent – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a professional, customer‑focused Reservations Agent to join our team at tamayyaz in Riyadh. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, bookings and ensuring a smooth experience from reservation to stay.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage guest reservations through phone, email and online booking systems.
• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, amenities and special offers.
• Maintain detailed, organized reservation records and ensure data security.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, cancellations and modifications with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with other departments to communicate guest preferences and special requirements.
• Resolve booking discrepancies and guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during peak booking periods.
• Follow company policies to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Support occupancy and revenue targets through effective sales techniques and upselling.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Reservations Agent, customer service representative or similar role in hospitality or travel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
