Restaurant Manager

About the role

As a Restaurant Manager you will lead the service team to deliver an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the culinary team. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and fostering a culture of innovation and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with hotel policies, fire safety, hygiene regulations and HACCP standards.
• Drive outlet sales to achieve budget targets while maintaining product and service quality.
• Develop the outlet entrepreneurially, seeking new business opportunities and encouraging innovative ideas.
• Identify and nurture internal and external talent aligned with Kempinski’s values.
• Support talent development initiatives, provide continuous feedback, and conduct yearly performance appraisals.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department to communicate innovations and talent needs.

Required profile

• BA/BSc in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role, preferably within a 5‑star hotel chain.
• Excellent oral and written skills in the local language and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong ability to work independently, handle pressure, and deliver proactive solutions.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, delegation, organization and time‑management skills.
• Professional, ethical approach with a focus on safety and confidentiality.
