Scuba Diving Instructor (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Scuba Diving Instructor to join our team in Saudi Arabia, delivering high‑quality dive training and guest experiences at a luxury resort environment. The role involves teaching certified courses, conducting safety briefings in both English and Arabic, and leading dive excursions in the Red Sea.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and certify students in PADI Open Water and advanced scuba courses.
• Provide safety briefings and guest briefings in professional English and Arabic.
• Lead and supervise dive trips, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain and service basic dive equipment and operate compressors.
• Handle small boats/RIBs and assist with boat operations.
• Document dive logs and maintain teaching records.

Required profile

• PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) or higher, current teaching status with membership renewed for the current year.
• PADI Emergency First Response (EFR) Instructor rating.
• Valid professional liability insurance or ability to obtain coverage in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 200 logged dives (logbook or digital log).
• At least 12 months of active teaching experience post‑certification.
• Recent diving medical fitness certificate (issued within 12 months).
• Fluent professional English and working proficiency in Arabic (mandatory for guest safety briefings).
• Eligibility for Saudi employment visa and Iqama sponsorship or a transferable Iqama.

Required skills

• PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification.
• PADI Emergency First Response Instructor certification.
• Small boat/RIB handling and licensing.
• Basic dive equipment maintenance and compressor operation.
• DAN Oxygen Provider certification.
