Rig Machine Operator – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking experienced Rig Machine Operators to support ongoing construction and industrial projects for Al Rashid Group – SSEM Direct Company in Saudi Arabia. The role involves operating rig and drilling equipment safely and efficiently on site.

Key responsibilities

• Operate rig/drilling machines according to project specifications.
• Perform piling, boring, drilling, and foundation‑related tasks.
• Set up and position rig equipment correctly before each operation.
• Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of the machines.
• Follow all company safety rules and operational procedures.
• Report mechanical faults or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain work progress records and operational logs.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors during project execution.
• Keep the work area clean and ensure proper handling of equipment.

Required profile

• 3 to 7 years of hands‑on experience operating rig or drilling machines in construction or foundation work.
• Ability to work safely in outdoor field environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
