About the role
The Safety Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs across project sites. The role ensures compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards while fostering a strong safety culture.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct HSE induction and refresher training for staff and workers.
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and safety manuals.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Support site management in implementing safety campaigns and toolbox talks.
- Maintain up‑to‑date training compliance records.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Safety & Health Technology or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in GCC countries, specifically in high‑rise and hotel construction projects.
- Demonstrated safety awareness and ability to conduct safety reviews and inspections.
