Sales Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Analyst to support commercial decision‑making through data‑driven insights and analysis. The role will monitor sales performance, pricing, pipeline, backlog, inventory, and market trends, while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management teams to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, pricing, pipeline, backlog, inventory, and market trends.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance‑tracking processes.
• Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement from sales data.
• Support sales and pricing strategies aligned with business and financial objectives.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve sales growth and profitability.
• Collect and analyze distributor and retailer inventory data for demand planning.
• Provide recommendations on pricing structures to meet profitability goals.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct market and competitive analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Less than 3 years of experience in sales, business, financial, or commercial analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and exposure to change‑management projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
