Salesperson – Riyadh

About the role

The role focuses on driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the Riyadh market. You will identify customer needs, present suitable products or services, and build lasting relationships to deliver a professional sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals and key performance indicators.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, calls, digital channels and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Riyadh and surrounding areas.
• Prepare and submit quotations, sales orders and proposals in line with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system and monitor the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, operations, logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing in the Riyadh market.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, field sales or business development.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, generate leads and convert prospects.
• Knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, negotiation and order fulfillment.
• Experience using CRM systems and other sales applications.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving license and ability to travel within Riyadh and surrounding areas.
