Sales Counsellor – European Work Permit Consultancy

About the role

We are seeking passionate and motivated Sales Counsellors to join our expanding team in Al Khobar. As the primary point of contact for clients who want to work in Europe, you will guide them through the entire work‑permit process, from the first inquiry to successful placement.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their overseas career goals and provide tailored advice on European work‑permit options.
• Explain visa procedures, required documentation, and application timelines clearly.
• Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into client placements and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and application progress.
• Stay updated on evolving European immigration regulations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, immigration consultancy or telesales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client interactions.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications.
