Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead business growth and drive revenue across security services, facility management, and manpower solutions. The role focuses on B2B sales, tenders, commercial proposals and solution‑based selling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, setting targets and monitoring KPIs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award, renewal, and account growth.
• Lead RFPs, tenders, bids, and commercial proposals, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HR/Recruitment, Studies, and Contracts to develop manpower plans, costing, pricing, and proposals.
• Translate client requirements into practical service solutions, including manpower, shift patterns, relief coverage, mobilization plans, and KPIs/SLAs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government, corporate, and strategic clients through meetings, presentations, negotiations, and site visits.
• Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends and competitors, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Ensure smooth handover of awarded contracts to Operations and support mobilization and early service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant sales or business development experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Proven experience in security services, facility management, manpower supply, outsourcing, or related operational service industries.
• Strong experience in tenders, RFPs, pricing, costing, commercial and technical proposals.
• Understanding of manpower planning, workforce mobilization, shift scheduling, and service delivery requirements.
• Excellent client management, negotiation, presentation, communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
