Sales Manager – Specialty Coffee (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Specialty Coffee with a strong background in the F&B industry, preferably within the specialty coffee or café sector for a client in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the Saudi market, proven B2B sales experience, and the ability to develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, retailers and other F&B businesses.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closing and account management.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial agreements.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, provide forecasts and reports, and monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience within the F&B industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Established network and strong connections within the Saudi F&B market.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development and achieving sales targets.
• Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage) and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
