Sales Representative Specialist

About the role

Qureos Inc is seeking a proactive Sales Representative Specialist to drive growth in the landscaping, horticulture, and construction sectors. You will be responsible for building a robust client database, creating sales plans, and delivering results that meet and exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of customers, including construction projects, companies, landscaping firms, and nurseries.
• Develop yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily sales plans and generate corresponding reports.
• Produce daily visit reports and track progress against sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and present end‑to‑end solutions from design to implementation and maintenance.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with design, project, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in landscaping, horticulture, or construction.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
