Sales Specialist – Dental & Medical Supplies

About the role

As a Junior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare customers, promoting our dental and medical products, and supporting sales activities across the assigned territory. Key responsibilities

• Promote and present the company's dental and medical products to healthcare professionals and customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and support the sales process.
• Prepare sales activity reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely product delivery.
• Participate in product training sessions and continuously enhance product knowledge.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong interest in healthcare and medical sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
