Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions for Fast Fit EMS Fitness, converting inquiries into memberships or sales opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience. This position focuses on meeting sales targets, handling requests across phone and digital channels, and building strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms in Arabic and English.
• Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed memberships or sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service quality.
• Follow up with potential clients, manage leads, and document interactions accurately.
• Provide clear, accurate information about services, offers, and promotions.
• Demonstrate persuasive communication, active listening, and professional etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members on sales campaigns and contribute to a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, call‑center, or customer‑service roles (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong sales aptitude and ability to handle customer interactions effectively.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).
• Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening.
