Scaffolding Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor with strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, equipment, tools, and safety requirements. The role involves supervising large teams of scaffolders and ensuring safe, efficient erection, modification, dismantling, and inspection of scaffolding on Oil & Gas, petrochemical and refinery projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise the erection, modification, dismantling and maintenance of various scaffolding structures.
• Supervise scaffolders on complex structures such as vessels, tanks, platforms and during shutdown works.
• Conduct regular inspections, tag scaffolding and enforce HSE standards and site safety regulations.
• Monitor productivity, manpower, materials, tools and equipment requirements.
• Maintain daily reports on manpower, progress and activities.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience supervising scaffolding teams in construction or oil & gas environments.
• Diploma in construction technology or related field.
• Proven ability to coordinate with site engineers, construction managers and HSE personnel.
