Scaffolding Supervisor – Oil & Gas Project

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to lead scaffold operations on a high‑profile oil & gas project in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient installation and dismantling of scaffolding systems while supporting the on‑site workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily scaffold erection, modification and removal activities.
• Conduct scaffolding safety risk assessments and equipment inspections.
• Identify hazards, enforce manual‑handling procedures and oversee emergency response plans.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and safety officers to maintain compliance with project standards.
• Lead, train and motivate a team of scaffold workers, ensuring clear communication and documentation.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in scaffolding supervision, preferably within the oil & gas sector.
• Technical qualification such as BE/B.Tech, Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work on large‑scale construction projects in the Gulf region.
