Security Engineer – EDR, WAF & DLP

About the role

We are looking for a Security Engineer to lead the deployment, configuration, and tuning of advanced security solutions such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). The role focuses on operationalising these tools to protect our networks and data assets.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and fine‑tune enterprise‑grade EDR, WAF, and DLP platforms.
• Resolve technical issues arising from security tool deployments and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with Security Operations Center (SOC) and IT teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in security tool engineering or similar roles.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP or CASP+.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with EDR solutions.
• Proficiency in deploying and managing WAF technologies.
• Knowledge of DLP implementation and tuning.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem‑solving abilities.
