Security Service Delivery Manager

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for a Security Service Delivery Manager to lead day‑to‑day service delivery for a client account in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational coordination across multiple delivery teams while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary delivery contact for account stakeholders, monitor service performance, lead service reviews and manage escalations.
• Coordinate work across infrastructure, service desk and security delivery teams, support major changes, and improve processes to increase efficiency.
• Forecast resource needs, monitor delivery expenses, support billing and invoicing, and contribute to work transitions or migrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years of IT service delivery experience, including 2 years in a comparable delivery role and 3 years in outsourced or managed services.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage customer‑facing service performance and communicate effectively in English.
