Senior Architect – Sports Infrastructure Design

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the design of a major sports infrastructure project in Riyadh. You will work on stadiums and large‑scale sports facilities, ensuring they meet international standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of stadiums, sports complexes, and other large‑scale projects.
• Develop design concepts, produce detailed construction documentation, and oversee technical reviews.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of structural, MEP, and civil engineering inputs.
• Ensure compliance with FIFA standards, international building codes, and local regulations.
• Supervise site activities, monitor construction progress, and address design‑related issues on‑site.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proven track record in designing stadiums, sports facilities, or similarly complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIFA standards and international building codes.
• Experience across design development, technical review, construction documentation, and site supervision.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
