Senior Associate, Channel/Partner Promotion (DEOH)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to drive channel and partner promotion for the DEOH portfolio in Jeddah and surrounding regions. This field‑based position works closely with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, ophthalmologists and surgeons to increase visibility and adoption of the Systane eye‑drop family.

Key responsibilities

• Support key accounts and hospital networks, managing referral systems and market access.
• Provide product education, merchandising and relationship building for pharmacy‑level activities.
• Develop and execute business plans, customer events, marketing campaigns and sales presentations.
• Contribute to promotional fund planning and territory sales forecasting.
• Maintain deep knowledge of priority products, therapeutic areas, competitor landscape and company messaging.
• Meet agreed objectives, productivity and performance targets within budget and timelines.
• Achieve contact, coverage and frequency targets using multiple communication channels.
• Follow adverse event reporting and Code of Conduct guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related medical, pharmaceutical or life‑science field.
• Residency in Jeddah or willingness to be based there.
• Native‑level Arabic proficiency and fluent English communication.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in medical sales, preferably ophthalmology.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Positive, proactive and self‑driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
