Senior Business Analyst

About the role

EjadTech is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis activities, drive process improvements, and ensure high‑quality product delivery in an Agile environment. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, support development teams, and guide stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
• Document requirements using user stories, use cases, functional specifications, BRD and SRS.
• Conduct As‑Is/To‑Be business process analysis and model workflows with BPMN or similar tools.
• Perform gap and impact analyses, generate data‑driven insights, and recommend feasible solutions.
• Prepare and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios and results documentation.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements, support sprint activities, and maintain alignment between business and technical sides.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and contribute to continuous improvement within the Agile framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience in Agile teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast‑changing environments.
