Senior Business Analyst Officer

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst Officer will ensure the delivery of accurate, timely reports and actionable analysis that support performance monitoring and informed decision‑making across the organization, its customers, and the regulator.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain market and terminal performance reports, as well as board‑level commercial updates.
• Produce quarterly discount accrual reports and align them with finance and commercial agreements.
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends in volume and revenue performance and support forecasting activities.
• Conduct customer analysis to evaluate performance, contribution, and growth opportunities.
• Support contract mandate development, perform pricing and volume scenario calculations, and manage discount and rebate settlements.
• Gather and analyse market intelligence, including trade flows, competitor activity, and market trends, and provide data‑driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports to ensure effective utilisation of data across the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or a similar data‑focused role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
