About the role
The Senior Business Development Consultant will lead the planning and execution of growth initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's presence in line with Elm's policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new market opportunities and conduct thorough market research and analysis.
- Develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies, including risk assessment and contingency planning.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, partners, industry influencers, and government agencies.
- Perform financial analysis of business opportunities, including revenue projections, ROI, and profitability assessments.
- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate feasibility, customization requirements, and cost estimates for client solutions.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by analysing client portfolios, identifying upsell opportunities, and negotiating agreements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an IT‑related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or related functions.
