Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

Lead and develop business growth opportunities by identifying potential clients, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, projects, and new revenue streams across exhibitions, conferences, events, and related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across exhibitions, conferences, events, activations, and corporate projects.
• Maintain a strong business development pipeline aligned with company objectives.
• Research and target potential clients, partners, sponsors, government entities, and strategic accounts.
• Conduct market research to spot emerging opportunities, trends, and new business segments.
• Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals, direct outreach, and professional platforms.
• Convert qualified leads into signed contracts and revenue‑generating projects.
• Support the achievement of annual business development and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management or Commercial Management.
• Experience in exhibitions, conferences, events, activations, hospitality or marketing is preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
