Senior Contract Manager Consultant

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead contract management and claims services for major construction projects across the region. You will work with a dynamic team to provide expert advice on contract administration, dispute avoidance and resolution, and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver contract development, administration and dispute resolution services for high‑value projects.
• Prepare and support major bid proposals and claim reports.
• Provide consultancy on live contracts, including projects in distress.
• Engage with clients in a client‑facing environment, delivering presentations and advice.
• Collaborate with regional Subject Matter Experts to grow the Contract Services division.

Required profile

• Strong background in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management, or law.
• Extensive experience in contract administration and commercial management on major projects.
• Proven track record in claims management, arbitration or litigation processes.
• Ability to analyse complex contract issues and deliver practical solutions.

Required skills

• FIDIC and other standard form contracts.
• Claims management and dispute resolution.
• Arbitration and litigation procedures.
• Performance forensics (quantum and delay analysis).
• Contract administration.
