Senior Contract Specialist

About the role

Saudi Service Company Limited (SSCL) is a leading provider of maintenance, facility management and technical support services across healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors in Saudi Arabia. The Senior Contract Specialist will lead the drafting, review and administration of contracts to ensure compliance, mitigate risk and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and amend contracts, agreements and related documents in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations and organizational standards.
• Monitor contract performance, deadlines and deliverables, escalating any deviations.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, clients and subcontractors to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all contracts and associated documentation.
• Coordinate with project, procurement and finance teams to align contract terms with operational needs.
• Prepare reports on contract status, risks and financial impacts for management.
• Support resolution of contract disputes and claims in collaboration with legal and operational teams.
• Assist in developing standard contract templates and procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 5–7 years of experience in contract administration or management, preferably in facility management, construction or service industries.
• Relevant certifications such as IACCM/WorldCC, NCMA or other legal/compliance certifications are preferred.
