Senior Contracts Management Engineer

About the role

Hill International is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Management Engineer to oversee the full contract lifecycle for large‑scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves drafting, negotiating, implementing and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to implementation and compliance monitoring.
• Review contract terms, identify risks and propose mitigation solutions.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and project management teams to align contracts with company policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to facilitate smooth execution.
• Monitor deliverables, milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
• Resolve contract‑related disputes efficiently and conduct regular contract audits.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of contracts management experience on large‑scale projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi Arabia procurement law.
• Proven experience in pricing, contract law, drafting, change‑order negotiation and scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
