Senior CRM Developer

About the role

Masdr is seeking a Senior CRM Developer to design, develop, and enhance CRM solutions that support operational efficiency and customer experience for public and private sector organizations. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and high‑quality functionalities aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions, customizations, and integrations based on business requirements.
• Lead the creation of complex CRM features, workflows, automations, and system enhancements.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalable application design through code reviews and best‑practice enforcement.
• Align CRM solutions with enterprise architecture, security policies, and data‑governance standards.
• Manage the CRM application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Design and implement integrations between CRM systems and enterprise platforms using APIs and middleware technologies.
• Monitor, optimize, and improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and availability.
• Support high‑priority incident resolution and collaborate with IT Operations to maintain platform stability.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure usability and user experience expectations are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CRM development and solution delivery.
• Ability to lead the development of complex CRM features and integrations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security policies, and data‑governance standards.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and mentoring junior developers.
