Senior Director of Marketing

About the role

The Senior Director of Marketing provides strategic leadership across branding, digital marketing, and customer‑focused campaigns. Reporting to the Chief and senior leadership, this role ensures marketing investments align with business priorities and long‑term growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall marketing, branding, and digital strategy in line with corporate objectives.
• Establish brand positioning, architecture, value propositions and market differentiation.
• Advise senior leadership on market trends, customer expectations and competitive positioning.
• Oversee major brand initiatives, sponsorships, strategic partnerships and ensure brand governance.
• Set strategic direction for integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels, ensuring they are insight‑led and commercially relevant.
• Provide executive oversight of campaign planning, creative direction, media strategy and performance measurement.
• Monitor brand health through research, market intelligence and customer insights.

Required profile

• Proven strategic leadership experience across branding, digital marketing and customer campaigns.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on brand and market positioning.
• Strong track record of translating business priorities into clear marketing strategies and annual plans.
