About the role

Kent is seeking a Senior English as a Second Language (ESL/EOSL) Instructor to lead English language training for a large workforce development project in Saudi Arabia. The role blends classroom teaching with academic leadership, mentoring junior staff and ensuring high instructional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver English language courses for adult learners.
• Mentor and coach junior instructors, providing feedback and professional development.
• Support curriculum implementation and maintain alignment with international teaching standards.
• Monitor learner performance and adjust instructional strategies to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure training objectives are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience teaching English as a second language.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor instructional teams.
• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Experience working in large‑scale training or education projects.
