Senior Finance Manager – Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to join Zeppelin Systems Gulf in Al Jubail as Senior Finance Manager. The role offers a long‑term, on‑site assignment in a highly international environment, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for cash management, budgeting, mid‑term planning and financial reporting.
• Coordinate and prepare mid‑term planning and ensure smooth financial closing, including BPC reporting and statutory statements.
• Lead group reporting, internal and external audits, and tax accounting/compliance.
• Advise the Managing Director and Sales team on tax optimisation and compliance.
• Conduct quarterly risk analyses of assets and liabilities.
• Support HR functions, especially payroll, labor law matters and Workday administration.
• Manage compliance reporting via ZSD system and coordinate external certifications (IKTVA, ISO).

Required profile

• Extensive finance and accounting experience in an international industrial or project‑based setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, mid‑term planning and GCC corporate income tax.
• Leadership experience with a passion for developing a small accounting team.
• Excellent English communication, intercultural competence, integrity and reliability.
• Willingness to commit to a long‑term assignment in Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) tools.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Workday (advantage).
