Senior Full Stack AI Engineer (AI‑Native Systems / Claude Code Expert)

About the role

The Senior Full Stack AI Engineer will lead the design and delivery of AI‑native software systems across the entire technology stack. Working with cutting‑edge large language model (LLM) tools and AI‑augmented development environments, you will create production‑grade platforms, autonomous agents, and intelligent applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI‑native SaaS and enterprise platforms.
• Develop AI copilots, autonomous agents, and AI‑driven automation workflows.
• Leverage Claude Code as the primary development interface for system architecture, debugging, refactoring, and test generation.
• Architect multi‑agent orchestration frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen and related libraries.
• Integrate large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) into production services and implement retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines.
• Build semantic search, vector embedding, and knowledge‑memory layers with Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, FAISS or ElasticSearch.
• Create data ingestion, transformation, and model training pipelines using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Ray, Dask or Airflow.

Required profile

• Several years of full‑stack development experience with a strong focus on AI‑native systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work in AI‑augmented engineering workflows and to produce production‑ready code.
• Experience designing, deploying and scaling LLM‑based services and autonomous agents.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex AI concepts into reliable software.
