Join Azhar Holding as a Senior Governance & Compliance Specialist, a pivotal role designed to shape and steer our corporate integrity. You will lead the development and implementation of robust governance frameworks and compliance standards across the entire organization, ensuring long-term sustainability and excellence.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and implement comprehensive corporate governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and all applicable local laws.
• Monitor regulatory updates and conduct impact assessments on organizational operations.
• Lead internal compliance reviews and provide strategic support for auditing activities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate governance and compliance-related risks.
• Establish and maintain standardized policies and controls at an enterprise-wide scale.
• Deliver compliance training programs to foster a culture of awareness and accountability.
• Prepare high-level reports and insights for the Governance Committee.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in governance, compliance, or risk management.
• Prior experience within Holding companies, Construction, or Real Estate sectors is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi regulatory environment and governance frameworks.
• Professional certifications in Governance, Compliance, or Risk Management are a significant plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Saudi Law.
