Senior Information Technology System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior System Administrator to join our IT team. The role focuses on maintaining a complex enterprise infrastructure, with particular responsibility for Microsoft Exchange, virtualization platforms, and data‑center operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and troubleshoot on‑premises Microsoft Exchange Server, including health checks, mailbox migrations and patching.
• Manage virtualization environments (VMware vSphere/ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper‑V), monitor resource utilization and support data‑center migration projects.
• Maintain core Windows Server services such as Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file and print services.
• Implement system monitoring, alerting and patch‑management processes to ensure high availability and security.
• Lead or contribute to IT projects, including new system deployments, office setups and technology migrations, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional system administration experience.
• Hands‑on expertise with on‑premises Microsoft Exchange Server administration.
• Strong background in virtualization technologies, preferably VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Direct involvement in data‑center migration projects and patch‑management compliance.
• Fluent in Arabic with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
